The FAQs and Index pages have been updated. The Music Reviews page has been slightly tweaked. Peplow's Profile will be up soon. I am also thinking of creating some sort of Archive system. Some of the Reviews pages are getting a bit full up, as is the Homepage with all the old news.

Good stuff lays ahead. Big J's Little Section is now all done. I will be adding more stuff as and when he delivers it. Keep 'em peeled. I have also added his Profile. A Music Reviews section has now been added after a few questions as to why I have all other kinds of reviews, but no music. Well, now I do. The Head Music Reviewer is none other than the lovely young man that is Simon Peplow. Check out all of those things as soon as humanly possible. Y'all come back now, ya hear!

Big J's Little section is complete. Well, almost. The intro page is done and I will soon be adding one of his reviews. I have to type it all out, as he gave it to me on paper. I know. What was he thinking? I will also be getting a new music reviews section, written by a very prominent member of the local music scene. Find out soon.

Exciting news! That special guest I hinted at last time is now onboard. The special guest is none other than Big J, who many of you will know as the founder of Big J's E-zine. You can read all that he has to say in the new section aptly named Big J's Little Section. Do you see what I did there? Do you see? Anyway. Be sure to read all that J has to offer. I've added another book review by Jimmy C. Doesn't he get bored? I've also updated the FAQs. That's it.
Monday 1 September
Well, my friends, this is the final day of the holidays. I'm sure most of you will be glad to go back. I know I will. I almost passed the point of delirium during the emptyness of these last 11 weeks. Almost. I will see many of you tomorrow.
Site news. After many requests, I have added a brand spanking new Poll for you guys to vote in. And I think it's rather a good one this time. Take a look later. I have also added a Gadget Review, take a look at that aswell. The guestbook is also slightly changed. It looks a lot neater now.Why not move to your right and sign it. Oh, yes, we may be getting a new part-timer staff member at the Log Book. A special guest. Look out for that. I believe that's about it. Later, Homes.

As you can see I have changed the site slightly. Now, the first thing that hits you right in the face when you enter the site is the latest news. I think it works much better this way. The index can now be found on the cleverly named Index Page. Only 2 and a half more days to go untill the holiday is over. I for one am glad as these 11 weeks off have been more than enough. How do you feel about the hols being over? Mail me and I'll put it up for all to enjoy. And come on Big J! Your site is now almost an exact copy of mine, I recently spied a new 'E-zine Crew' page, ring any bells with my Staff Profiles page? I must say, there is a rather dashing picture of him on there. But even the frames are the same as the ones I used! I must control my rage. Bye for now.

Well, it's been a long time since I updated last. I've been having some technical problems with my Internet connection, but they are now rectified. Hurrah! Sadly, I missed sharing the excitement of the exam results with you at the time leading up to them. Never mind. I'm sure you all did well (those of you who did them of, of course), and don't worry James, exam results aren't everything (what a fool posting them on his site). Anyway, enough with exams. The next big school thing is entering the hallowed Sixth Form. Which is in precisely 5 days from now. See you there, guys. And what is with these rumours I've heard about the Sixth Form uniform changing? I'll find out soon.
Now to site news. I've added a game review of War of the Monsters (I've never heard of it either) by Jimmy C. I'll probably add some more stuff aswell, I'll keep you posted. I also see with my newly re-webbed eyes that Rose is back online and has changed the name of his site. I also see that Big J's site has copied mine even more now. Tut tut. Oh, and when I say newly re-webbed eyes, I mean the fact that I'm back on the Internet after a 3 or 4 week break, I don't mean that my eyes are webbed or anything, how would that even work, just in case you were wondering. I have added a film review of The Whole Nine Yards. I have also slightly changed the look of the reviews. Hardly at all, actually, I've just changed a few colours. Jimmy C's profile is also up.
Tuesday 29 July
Again, quite a lot done since last time. A whole new Staff Profiles page has been added. You can now read about the people behind the scenes here at The Log Book. So, it won't take long then. Another book review by Jimmy C of Good Omens is up. The scoring system for all reviews, except games, have been changed. Instead of being out of 5, they are now out of 10. It was too hard to grade something out of 5, it's just not enough room, and 1/2 points were tricky and annoying. You may notice that when a page is recently updated, this word, Updated, will appear in the index for a while. Come on people, sign the Guestbook too. Bye.

Made a few minor tweaks to the graphical side of the site. Like the animation above. I think you'll agree that it's very fitting. A side note to all of my peers now. It is exactly half way through these extra long holidays. I hope you've all found something constuctive to do. I'm outtie.

I haven't updated here for a while, but I have been doing a lot of work on the site. Right. First of all, I have done a complete revamp on the Home page, as many of you will have noticed, I've also done a few minor cosmetic changes such as removing the picture of Agent Smith, it was just getting in the way, and added a few other pictures and clipart. I have added a Search function on my site so that you guys can just type in a word and go straight to the page containing that word. I have added a Cartoon of the Day in the Thought of the Day page, directly above if you would care to look. I have added a whole new page called Chat, where you can chat to other visitors to The Log Book. Check that out when you have a minute. I have added a book review of Appointment with Death and a game review of Black and White, kindly written by part-time Log Book worker bee, Jimmy C. I also added a TV review a while ago, but forgot to mention it here. The FAQ page has finally seen some action. And that is about it. So until next time, which won't be so long, bye.

Haven't updated for a while. Added a review of From Hell on DVD. As usual, the guestbook is still not being signed. Passed the 100 mark, in about 10 days. Let's hope for many many more lovely visitors.

Quite a lot of work has been done since last time. I have added DVD, book, TV and gadget review pages. Take a look at them and tell me what you think by signing the guestbook. The Log Book is now afiliated with the Smite Button, link found on Links page. Also added a review of Harry Potter, which was sent to me by a viewer. If you have any reviews you'd like to send, then do so and you'll see them up.

Just added a review of Bruce Almighty and have seperated the movie and game reviews into two seperate pages. Still not much guestbook activity. I see a few a you have voted in the poll,thank you, but I also notice that no one has signed my guestbook,except Rose. Think about that one, if you would. Ah, Sunday, the day of rest. I have been doing some mighty fine resting today, I can tell you. Well, actually, I've been doing quite a lot to this site. There is now quite a worthy collection of areas for you to explore. So, the GCSEs are finished, wahey! But now comes the time of the holiday. Many people think that school holidays are a great time. Long summer days, long summer nights, hey, this is turning into a monolouge from Grease. Yes, it's true, they are a great time, but things will no doubt get very boring for nearly everyone when we have 11 weeks to fill. What to do for all this time? What to do? Anyway, I'm sure we'll all find something interesting to stretch over this period, just make sure it's legal, I'm talking to you, Mr Illegal Man, that's right, you. Peace out.
